Delivery

1     DELIVERY

(DELIVERY SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE AT ADDRESSES LOCATED IN HONG KONG)

1.1    WE ONLY MAKE DELIVERIES IN THE SPECIFIED AREAS OF HONG KONG FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY EXCEPT ON THE PUBLIC HOLIDAY AND WHEN TYPHOON WARNING SIGNAL NO.8 OR ABOVE OR BLACK RAINSTORM WARNING IS IN FORCE. WE CURRENTLY DO NOT MAKE DELIVERIES TO REMOTE AREAS AND OUTER ISLANDS, AND BUILDINGS WITHOUT ELEVATOR FACILITY. WE ACCEPT CANCELLATION OF ORDER OR REFUND.

1.2    ALL CONFIRMED ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. FEES ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

1.3    WE WILL DELIVER THE MERCHANDISE ORDERED BY YOU TO THE ADDRESS YOU GIVE US FOR DELIVERY AT THE TIME YOU MAKE YOUR ORDER. YOU AGREE TO SIGN YOUR NAME WHEN YOU ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE. THE MERCHANDISE SHALL BE, AND SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE, DELIVERED AND ACCEPTED BY YOU WHEN THE MERCHANDISE IS DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS YOU GIVE US FOR DELIVERY. YOU AGREE AND ACCEPT THAT WE ARE ENTITLED, AT OUR OPTION, TO CHARGE YOU ADDITIONAL COSTS OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHOUT ANY REFUND OR COMPENSATION TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF YOUR FAILURE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY FOR WHATEVER REASONS.

1.4    WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED, STAFF FROM OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL INFORM YOU ABOUT THE DATE OF DELIVERY.

1.5    UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, WE WILL USE ALL REASONABLE COMMERCIAL ENDEAVOURS TO MAKE DELIVERY WITHIN 4-7 WORKING DAYS (MONDAY TO FRIDAY). AFTER YOUR ORDER IS ACCEPTED.

1.6    ANY TIMES AND DATES GIVEN FOR DISPATCH OF MERCHANDISE, OR THE LENGTH OF TIME THAT MERCHANDISE WILL TAKE TO BE DELIVERED, ARE ONLY ESTIMATES. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO MEET ANY STATED DISPATCH OR DELIVERY DATES OR TIMES WE WILL INFORM YOU AS TO THE PROGRESS OF YOUR ORDER. YOU AGREE AND ACCEPT THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE ACCEPT CANCELLATION OF ORDER OR REFUND.

1.7    UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, DELIVERY CHARGE WILL BE IMPOSED ON EACH DELIVERY FOR ORDER BELOW HK$500 AT THE RATE OF HK$60. FREE DELIVERY FOR SINGLE ORDER OVER HK$500 OR ABOVE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND FREE DELIVERY THRESHOLD AT ANY TIME AND FROM TIME TO TIME. (NOT INCLUDE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT).

1.8    CORONAVIRUS WILL CONTINUE TO BE A CAUSE FOR DELAY AND NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS AND SERVICES FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT FEW MONTHS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING.

2     RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

2.1    UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY MARVELLOUS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED OR UNDER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, WE WOULD NOT ACCEPT ANY REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF PRODUCTS AFTER DELIVERY OR ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION.

2.2    IN CASE OF DAMAGE, PLEASE RECORD THE DAMAGE BY PHOTOS AND CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER PRODUCT ARRIVAL AT SALES@MARVELLOUSTECH.COM. ONCE THE CLAIM IS CONFIRMED ELIGIBLE, WE SHALL REPLACE WITH A NEW ITEM.

2.3    PLEASE RETAIN ALL THE PACKING MATERIALS INCLUDING ORIGINAL PRODUCT PACKAGING, PACKAGING BOX, PRODUCT LABELS , TAGS, CERTIFICATES, MANUFACTURE WARRANTY CARD, MANUALS, PRODUCT ACCESSORIES AND ANY GIFTS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. PLEASE ENSURE ALL THE PACKAGING IS IN GOOD CONDITION, INCLUDING THE PRODUCT LABELS AND TAGS, ANY DAMAGE OR FOLDS WILL BE DEEMED AS NON-RETURNABLE.

2.4    ONCE THE ORDER TRANSACTION IS COMPLETED, SYSTEM WILL AUTOMATICALLY NOTICE MERCHANT FOR THE ORDER DETAILS AND RESERVE THE ITEMS. APOLOGIZE FOR NO CANCELLATION OR CONTENT AMENDMENT ON ALL CONFIRMED ORDER.

2.5    AFTER OUR CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL, THE PURCHASE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT IN 4-6 WEEKS.
